Anyone have experience with this company? I've received some amazing travel bargains via email and see the company is based in New York. Any comments would be appreciated.

I did a google search and came up with a web site called www.consumeraffairs dot com and when I went to the travel section there was several complaints on there regarding SMARTOURS.

Be careful to always check out any potential company thoroughly.
Ya know the old expression"if it seems to good to be true it probably is"

When I continued my searching I did find some positive comments on tripadvisor and on this website so not all is negative.
Try entering smartours in the search feature on here and see what you come up with.

I believe they also want you to pay for your tour by check. If you want to use a credit card, they will charge you $100 more. This is reason enough not to do business with them. Once the check is cashed, you have no recoarse.

General Max loves to stir the pot!

I would love more info on smartours and would like to see a review from someone who has actually used them. I get the same deals in my inbox and they do sound really good.How bad could they really be for that money. After 7 trips to Europe I just need to get there and I'm good! I spend very little time in my hotel for that matter.
