Ask your Travel Agency or call Globus representative in your area.

From Globus website, here is what they say:
Do you accept travelers who need special assistance?
"Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Globus by you or your travel agent at the time the reservation is made. Globus will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, and getting on and off motorcoaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance."

There were travellers in their late 70's or 80's in our groups.
Tour Directors arranged for them to take escalators while the groups walked up stairs. And if they were too tired to join the groups say to explore Pompeii ruins, they waited at a nearby hotel cafe.

I've been fortunate that in all the groups I met wonderful people. We were like a big extended family. So I encourage you to ask a lot of questions and find out if packaged tours are for you and your loved ones.
