The road construction to Ocho Rios?

How's the construction coming along? Anyone been recently? We're planning a trip this August and I'm kinda trying to talk dh into TimAir to get us there. I do NOT want to be on the bus 3 or 4 hours. I don't want a lot of hassle shuffling around for the puddle jumper either - but I do think it would be a neat ride!

Has anyone been recently to SGOR who can tell me how the ride is now and any guess how the construction will be by August? Could I be so lucky as to be able to fly down a nice, brand new highway by then??

We did this ride on March 1. It took two hours to SDR. SGOR is about twenty minutes further, I believe.
