London Week

Anyone ever done London Week with Trafalgar? Is there really a Trafalgar representative at the hotel in case you have questions? I like the idea of being independent for the week, but in case I have a question, I'd like to be able to have access to someone.

We just returned from 2 weeks in London(2 packages)
There was not a representative at our hotel- Gresham Hyde Park
We had to travel across the road to the Thistle Lancaster Gate.
It was very frustrating as some days the rep. is only there for 1 hour

We had difficulty obtaining our underground and theater tickets for the second week- did not get them until Friday night and were leaving for Canada on Monday.

No one seemed to give us satisfactory answers after several promises of getting our package to our hotel failed.

We could have purchased our own underground tickets and theatre tickets.

The only thing that they did as promised was return us to Heathrow on the Hotelink.

We travelled from may 9- may 23.

The hotel was satisfactory.

Same thing here. Our Trafalgar representative would show up at our hotel sporadically. We were told that we would have to go to their office by Victoria Station to sign up for optionals etc.

Go with Brendan for a week in London. They have an actual office that is staffed daily from 8-5. The Hilton London Metropole is a great hotel right next to the Edgeware tube station and the Brendan office is right in the lobby. A much better experience.
