Has Anyone Used Central Holidays for Italy?

I'm contemplating a 13 day trip to Southern Italy encompassing Rome,
Sorrento, Taormina, Agrierento, and Palermo. Does anyone have info on
quality of this Company, Hotels used,
restaurants and side tours, whether hotel check-ins are fast/slow? Any
info will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we used Central Holidays in September, 1998 for a two week hosted trip
to Rome, Florence, and Venice. We enjoyed the trip
