globus spain at leisure

Has anyone taken the Spain at Leisure tour from Globus?

What are the optional excursions? Did you take the excursion to Morocco?

Would the trip be appropriate for my 82 year old mother? She is in good health and very interested in travel, but has arthritis in her knees.

thanks for any comments!

i haven't gone on the spain at leisure tour, but i did go on the spanish fiesta one, which was excellent. for that one, there was quite a lot of walking and climbing in and out of the bus. one woman, who was elderly, had a hard time going on all the included city tours because of the walking. however, the "at leisure" part might mean less walking around since you will pretty much decide on your own itinerary, i suppose.
good luck and hope you and your mom have fun.

Thanks for the reply. Spain at leisure does have more free time than many other tours, so I'm hoping that my mom will be able to take it at her own pace. She's a great traveler. I'm so glad to hear that the Globus Spain trip you took was good.
