Hello. I was wondering what the best way is to phone back to the states from Jamaica. We are traveling down in a few weeks and want to be able to call and talk to our three-year-old who is staying with her grandmother.

Do international calling cards work? Are there generally charges for using a room phone with a calling card? Should we seek out a pay phone instead?
