No, the cruise terminal is not near the airport. It is closer to the railroad station in Venice but you will have to drag your suitcases as their is no taxi service or other vehicle permitted.

We went from the railway station in Mestre by cab to the cruise terminal. It was reccomended and worked wonderfully
