I don't think a Travel board is the place for Legal questions, but I will try to answer your question. Legally you Must have Written Documented "Permission" from Both Parents (you being there counts as 1, but you need Both) to Enter Mexico, this is for the Childrens Safety. I do NOT suggest you "forge" his signiture as bad things "could" happen including losing custody or even jail time. What he (your EX) is doing on the outward appearance is Wrong, But we don't know the details so judgement is difficult. Of course any Dad who is trying to get MORE time with his kids does not appear to be a Bad person, is there More you are not telling us? Hey kids need BOTH parents Involved with their lifes. especially in todays society.
