Any experience with East Africa tours with SmarTours?

We chose East Africa over South Africa because of our interest in the natural wildlife and environment and less on city, wine excursion, . .. .. . SmarTours seem to have competitive prices for the same itinerary with expensive tour operators. Any input is appreciated on SmarTours or resources to check.
