What do you where when traveling Italy last week of Feburary

We plan on taking a Simple Italy 7 day tour last week of Feb 2007.

How should we pack. What should we take and not take.

Is there a lot of walking on these tours?

What are the do's and don'ts when traveling.

As you can see this is my first overseas vacation and I have no idea what to look out for.

I just know I have always wanted to visit Italy and have finally been given the chance to.. .. .
