Misleading info

My Mom and Dad booked a trip from apple vacations to Hawaii. The travel agancy(Dillards) never bothered to tell my parents that their condo for the week was a studio. She was told it was a one bedroom and when she got to the airport she saw her itinery and that said studio. SO now the travel agency says that there's nothing they can do about the room. I'd love to get a hold of someone at apple, but can't find a number to get a hold of them. So I will never book a flight on apple vacations after what happened to my parents.

Sounds like Dillards is the problem and not apple. Did they get what Dillards booked? If so then explain why it is apples fault.
