We have used Apple two times and both vacations were ruined because all our luggage was lost. We were forced to buy the bare necessities to get by and Apple won't even own up to their responsibility to reimburse us for our lost luggage. If you think it's bad being delayed, we were delayed 12 hours, 0 of 4 bags arrived in St. Lucia, and they did not have the correct room for us nor did our Apple Rep do anything to compensate us. After returning home and sending multiple letters to Apple and making countless phone calls, Apple stands behind the stance that they will not do anything for us. Apparently, apple does not care to retain their customers.
