globus the best of italy tour

My family and I will be traveling to Italy on the Globus Tour of the Best of Italy. Can anyone tell me how their experience was on this tour? Thanks!

Globus used second rate hotels and food was awful. Did not mind hotels for the price. Local guides were excellent. Guide on bus -- so so. Tour overall was good.

It was terific. Great guide good hotels the only shabby hotel was in Venice. Local guides were mostly very good with a couple of losers.
