Hurricane

This isn't as insensitive as it sounds.. ..my parents live on the south coast of South Carolina so my concern for the hurricane is very personal.. ..however, I was wondering if anybody'd heard what kind of damage was done in Jamaica by Charley. Wondering if Whitehouse is still on schedule. Apparently someone died there and three in Cuba.

I have been looking myself about Whitehouse.. .. .
I am concerned about the Carolinas though.. .. .. .. .. . can you believe I am supposed to be leaving for Wilmington,NC to see my brother for 2 weeks.
Hope it has died down by then.. .. .
and hope all is ok in Jamaica.. .. ..and all over!

I was just looking on the internet for news about Jamaica and the eye of Hurricane charley missed Jamaica-just high winds and waves. All appears okay, but I also read in a local paper that one person died. I am not reading much about damage there.
