Sandals Free Luggage

Not a rant, complaint or anything of the sort, just a funny observation.

This year, I booked my Fall trip right after returning from Jamaica in Late February. When I did it, I was looking at the Sandals website and found something regarding free luggage.. .. . I do not remember if it was for signature guests or if it was a free for all type promotion, but whichever I signed up for the 'freebie'. .

That was sometime around the middle of March, and was a few weeks after I had already booked my trip for this fall. I actually forgot all about it, and had not put another thought into it until today.. .. . 5 months later when they thanked me for my request and let me know my luggage would be shipped soon.

I am still sitting here smiling at this 'lightning fast' customer service. When do you think I will actually see the luggage? July 05?

Again, not a rant, just made me smile to see that email in my inbox this morning after such a long time. It truly illustrates the 'soon come' attitude of Jamaica.
