Recent Whitehouse visits???

Greetings all,

My fiance and I are considering WH for our honeymoon in Oct. Has anyone been recently (ie, this summer?) It seems some of the posts are rather old.

I haven't been on this site for a while, you may already be on your way to your Honeymoon, but don't worry. Sandals Whitehouse is awesome! The only thing that stinks is the bus ride. Its long and the roads aren't the best. My husbands always says, "if you want to travel to paradise, it might be a haul". .

I am a 10 year veteran of Sandals Resorts and went to the Whitehouse in May of this year. The Beach is the largest of any Sandals Resorts. Everything is new in the resort. The only problem are the no see ums (sand fleas) on the beach. Some people they bother, some they don't, but definitely bring some bug spray. You cant actually see of feel them bite you, but you will see the effects a couple of hours later. Oil of Olay Bath Spray seems to work pretty well. Have fun on your Honeymoon. My husband and I will be back at the Whitehouse at the end of October 2005.
