Purchases made in ship store during cruise Feb.13 to Feb 20t

We spent a wonderful week aboard the Costa Mediterrena Feb 13th to Feb 20th. While on board we did alot of shopping in the ship store and in the ports. We signed up for the buyers guarantee program for the jewerly we purchased in ports.
BUT, I purchased a T-shirt with a sea horse in sliver studs on the front. I just washed it and dryed and it has two holes in the front. I am just sick, I loved this shirt and goes with many other articiles of clothing I have. It was priced at $19.99 US dollars.
