London, Paris, Italy via TRAIN

I did this trip in June of 2002. I had an awesome time, the train ride from Paris to Rome is very long (took us 18 hours), but we did have a sleeper cart (couchette). . Some advice, if you've never traveled on a train in europe, a couchette is shared by 6 individuals, so be prepared. You do have the option with this trip to upgrade to a private sleeper car (as you're booking your trip). . Anyhow, this is a great trip to take, and I would take it again.
