I believe the trip to III is about a 1.5 hour ride. When you get off the plan in Montego Bay, you'll go thru immigration then customs. Leaving the customs area, you find the superclubs lounge on the left. You'll go in the lounge with your travel documents (chances are there will be someone outside to greet arriving guests). . After a short wait, you'll be led to a bus (think airport mini-bus) for the ride the Hedo. It is a private bus, not public, contracted thru superclubs. An airport porter will take your (and everyone else's) bags to the bus. Although the transportion is included, the people who touch your bags will expect a tip - figure $1 per bag for anyone who handles them.
Can't comment on how the ride is, since we've only been to H2 - but expect it to be a little wild - Jamaicans drive on the left side of the road. There doesn't seem to be much enforcement of any traffic/speed laws, so you'll see people passing everywhere (with oncoming traffic getting closer & closer) as well as the occasional cow or goat in the road! Often, the driver will stop about half-way for a beer brake - but he can be encouraged to skip the stop if enough people don't want it.
