apple vacation gone wrong

I booked a trip to Cancun for my husband and I and another couple. Shortly after I booked the trip, I realized I had a work conflict and had to cancel both reservations. With Confirmation numbers in hand, I immediately called back to the travel agency to promptly cancel the reservations. The travel agent asked for both confirmation numbers and stated she would take care of it. However, my friend got charged for her trip and the travel agency is denying that I cancelled both trips. She has talked to the agency's very rude manager with no success. Who would be the next in the chain of command to contact. Supposedly, there is not phone number of email for Apple. She will be losing $100. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Notice that none of the travel agents that try and sell Apple Vacations have answered? It is becuase your friend is screwed. You are lucky you didn't get screwed over yourself. Aple Vacations makes bif money, in my opinion, by making these on-line and over the telephone contracts, but when you try and contact them about how they screwed you over, can't find anybody.. .. .. .
