I'm travelling to Moroco on the 9th April and would love to stay at the "Club Med' hotel at Marakesh & Agadeer for one wek each.. . pls. advice

We are currently in Morocco and Everything is fine.in Tangier right now I have talked to numerous English and American travelers who have been in Morocco Many Times and have had N0 Problems at All concering their safety.
Tourists and strangers are absolutely safe, the Moroccans are very hospitable. However.. .. . dress respectably! No shorts and vests. You are best with loose skirts and loose t-shirts Ahippy look. it's aperfectly safe country. I agree with the other posting, dress conservatively. It will save you somegrief.As for being an American, that shouldn't worry you.Many Moroccans asked me why more of us didn't visit.And I was stumped for an answer. Morocco is a beautiful, friendly,and wonderful country. It is the perfect travel destination. Have a great time and travel throughout as much of the country as you can. i was recently in fes and Tangiers- and i've had a great and wonderful time. follow the suggestions provided - use common sense - and just have fun!everyone here can separate our government from us -the general public. and it's really quite nice onceyou get some basic arabic down.no problem.. .. ..I as an American i won't exaggerate when I say I feel safer in Morocco than most USA cities.. ..However, I refuse to live my life in fear from things reported from the media. I was in Morocco and I will definatly be returning in the future. I felt safe at all times and the people were very nice and friendly.It was a wonderful cultural experience and I believe everyone will feel the same once visiting the country.
I would strongly recommend that you check at tour companies who specialize in tangier and Morocco such as nezhatour@theatermail.net starstour@hotmail.com tangier_info@yahoo.com My friends went to Tangier and used one of their private city tours and was great!, they also offer an "Imperial Cities" package for the major cities - Marrakesh, Fez,Rabat,Casablanca and Agadir.
We used nezhatour on our recent day trip to morocco. What we experienced was a very good tour guide. nezha was probably the best idea we had all trip. we are American and she spoke good English so we learned a lot about Morrocco and Tangier.she really made our visit to tangier much more enjoyable.her honesty is impecable.We learned such wonderful stuff from her knowledge that our friends and family here are really impressed with all the history and culture we brought back. And she was fun and very special. she even told us we paid too much for the tour by mistake! she really is a nice tour guide,and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
