Has anyone done a Golbus Egypt Tour ? Seriously planning for next year going to Egypt with my adult son. We've had one tour experience with this company . . And it was excellent? Feedback??? 58jack@msn.com

I did the Europe trip with globus last year and loved it. I am interested also in the Eygypt trip, let me know what you find out

I am also planning to book a tour for Nov. Has their been any response. You can book through so many companies. I've looked at Globus, Insight and Brendan. Would love any info available out there. e-anne@peoplepc.com

I just returned from Egypt in March. But didn't use Globus. We used Overseas adventure travel ( OAT ). . They are small groups of about 16 people.
We had a wonderful time. Learned a lot about the Egyptian culture and was welcomed warmly by the people in general.Visited some people at their homes and a school. I don't know where to begin about all the awesome sites we visited.
Our guide was wonderful. The hotels were all very good. The cruise on the Nile was also a highlight. Whichever tour you end up taking, you will love, Egypt. Since everyone always asks this. Yes, we felt very safe, and I would go again in a minute.

We took Globus' Grand Tour of Egypt in 2001. We have literally hundreds and hundreds of photos of the trip on our web site, as well as our travel journals, including descriptions of how pleased we were by the accommodations and services of Globus.

We did globus egypt in March of 2004. It was fantastic. They did a great job, even down to escorting you through all the confusing departure procedures leaving Cairo for home. There was even security with us any time we were on a day trip.. ..although no one felt we needed it. We felt safe anywhere we went. The hotels were nice, but not amazing.. ..but the mena house oberoi is STEPS from the pyramids. A very well organized and worthwhile trip.

We just returned from Globus' Grand Tour of Egypt last week, the day before the bombings. The tour was wonderful. Our guide was AMAZING, the itinerary is great, the hotels are nice, and we felt extremely safe the entire time. They go to tremendous lengths for safety. For what is included, it is a great value!

We just returned from the Globus tour of Egypt and Nile Cruise and it was fantastic! We would highly recommend it!
