[b]It wasn't like that at all. If you have nothing else to do better with your time you need to get a life!!!

The reason we chose Disney is because we are big kids at heart and we heard it was the nicest for the most clean and well off people. Something you wouldn't know anything about.

Thanks again

Carnival boats are clean, party boats. Alcohol cost but fruit drinks are free. The boats structure seems to be around the small pools during the day and the casino at night. Food is ok and service was excellent. They pack a lot of people in but nobody seemed to mind. The only down side was the terminal to get on was unorganized.

Both are excellent. I found the amenities, service and overall atmosphere to be a little better on Disney, but not powerfully so. I have been on two carnival cruises since and had a blast on both.

Just got off a nightmare cruise with Carnival to Alaska. Went with others who'd cruised Disney a few years ago. They said Disney was far better. I must add, our cruise was probably a fluke, and Carnival cruises are probably usually much better. They have so many repeat customers, but we won't be among them and I have no intentions of ever cruising with any cruiselines under their corporate umbrella. Ship was fine, service was fine, etc, but the itinerary change was totally off the wall! The $50 compensation was a joke.

Go Disney !

Definately go Disney ! I have been on both, very recently and can absolutely guarantee that you will love the Disney quality and service. I too am a kid at heart, so I think we are on the same plane.

I will NEVER go an a Carnival cruise again ! I took the Carib. cruise in Feb 2005. We picked it for the itinerary; Panama, Costa Rica, Belize..The ports were great and the shore excursions terific, but the service on the ship was LOUSY ! Everyone (exception our cabin steward) was grumpy and the Cruise Director (and staff) were ASSES !!!

Lots of drunks and low brow types. Disney, while geared toward children has a fabulous amount of adult things to do while the kids are off in their Special Clubs.. ..Kids are not under foot all the time..they have their own pools, activities etc.. .. .

Go Disney !! I j ust wish they would add some new itineraries ! I'd go back in a second !
