My daughter had such a bad experience on the Carnival Fascination! I was only looking for what I always heard about cruises.. ..beautiful clean boats, excellent food and service and I received anything but! Isn't there anyway to be compensated when a person is this disappointed with a cruise?

you have got to book with a reputable travel agent who will fight for you when things like this happen. have you spoken with your travel agent? he/she should be able to help you.
