Which tour company is the best? Affordable or TourVacations?

I want to take the Best of Italy and France with London Extension. Which is the best Tour Company to go with? I have heard Globus is the best Tour Group, but I'm confused that I can't book directly with them. Any one have any information for me?

Hi. Globus is the company that organizes the details of the tour (hotels, buses, local guides, tickets to tourist attractions, etc...). Affordable and Tour Vacations are travel agencies. I booked my Globus tour with Affordable because they offered a 14% discount on the cost of the tour package and were able to give me a good deal on airfare. I'm not sure what their current specials are. My experience with them so far has been great. I booked my Italy trip (Italy's Great Cities departing March 18, 2005) last July and since then they've been very good about correspondence, following up, letting me know what happens next, etc... Globus' specialty is being a tour company, not really selling the tours to the end customer, travel agencies around the world sell their packages and with some research you can find which agency offers you the best deal.
