I was on a cruise on the Po River with Deilman on the Casanova. It was billed as 5 star and it was awful! I got eaten alive with bed bugs. The toilet leaked around the base so we had to use the public restroom or walk on wet towels. The food was less than 5 star. It never went up the river and I was told it only went up 4 out 10 times but they continued to take people's money and book tours. They refused to refund money for not going up the river claiming the river was low. I was told by the crew that the ship was too big and heavy to go on the river. I talked to the Co. representative and she was rude. I told her I would warn people about their Co. and she told me to do whatever I wanted to.I asked who gave them a 5 star and all she woud say was "several" but couldn't name them!
Would advise a guaranteed itinerary in writing and signed.
