Hedo is about 7-1 guys to women on a good day. There *can* be a lot of singles on a given week(s), but it hard to know unless you reserve into an existing group.

Take a look at Club Med Cancun or Club Med in the Turks & Caicos.

Caribbean is right - ratio of single girls/guys can be anywhere from 4-1 to 10-1, or more. But, depending on what kind of vacation you're looking for - I wouldn't discount Hedo. If you're looking to relax, drink, party, soak in the sun - you'd still have a blast. Don't go expecting to "hook up". . We've been to Hedo II four times & met and hung out with many great people, single guy/girls & couples. If you're outgoing and friendly you'll fit in.

There are many formal & informal groups the meet on-line before their trip. It is a great way to make friends and plan for a great trip. Check out DennyP's website (do a google search). . He's got everything you'd need to know about the place - trip reports, pictures, visitor list to post your trip dates, message board.
