Drinking age on all Carnival ships is 21

I just got back from the March 14 Inspiration cruise and despite their literature that says you must be 21, they will serve anyone on board with a sail and sign card.

My ship was loaded with spring breakers, most looked well under 21 and I didn't see one person get carded.
