It would be great to hear from anyone else who is booked on this tour departing London 12 Sept 05. I am worried that since it doesn't have a guaranteed departure that it could be cancelled a few weeks before leaving me in the lurch. It would be nice to know that there are others booked on it.

Sorry if I made you panic. After reading your reply I read through the Cosmos book and couldn't find anything about guaranteed departures. I think it was my travel agent who said that it is hard to guarantee departures after the June, July and August peak period. Contiki actually specify that some tours are guaranteed departures but Cosmos doesn't do that. So again, sorry if that made you panic.

It is too bad you are going one week earlier as I won't even get to hear your opinions of the tour before I leave. No one else on this message board seems to have done that tour. I think it is relatively new.

Anyway, good luck and have a great time! Only 5 months to go!

Thank you for your message, I am so happy that I found this BB, if you go directly to Cosmos website, they don't have one. I hope that our trips will not be cancelled, we'll probably not getting a lot of responses, people are not really familiar with BBs.
