I watched the Montel William show and viewed some horrible vacation situations but the saddest of all was the little boy whose life and future was stolen at the Occidental Grand Xcaret. I have looked on the internet and find it disheartening that there are some readers who can be so insensitive, and voice opinions about a situation that I am sure is not fully disclosed about a family you don't know. If those of you who elect to be critical feel that you have read enough about the story.. ..my question is who is forcing you to read it again and again and then be critical? I find that to be very sad. Sure vacations should be fun and families should share great times NOT life altering events that more likely then not will ever be able to recover from.

This is one of the most unecessary deaths, and demonstrates a level of incompetence that boggles the human mind. I think this family needs support not unwarranted condemnation. For those of you who chose to be critical I hope such an event will never alter your life!
