I have always traveled to Jamaica during April, however this year we have to wait until May. We will be at SOR 5-2/5-14 and I was wondering is May really the rainy season where I should be expecting rain everyday all day or does it only rain for a short period of time. I am a sun worshiper and will be sad if we get rained out everyday!!

Last time we were in Jamaica in May was 2001. We had rain every evening. Mostly it held off until late afternoon and most of the day was sunny. We are from Sunny Southern CA, so we actually enjoy having a little weather when we travel.
