Spirit

The NCL Spirit is a brand new ship to the NCL lines. ( I think maybe a year or two). . Maybe the people that have cruised this line don't know enough to find this message board sight and write about it.

We are going on the Spirit to Alaska's Inside Passage in June, and can't wait. The few that I have talked to with experience on the Spirit say that it is a really super ship !

norwegian spirit

have taken 35 cruises on various lines and it was the worst cruise ever
food was weird, entertainment so-so
restaurants had long waits with no benches or chairs while waiting
i need a lounge chair in shade and all lounge chairs on pool deck were in hot sun--on promenade deck there few lounge chairs, all wood and most days no pad on chair. nobody in site to help you and people put their stuff on chair for the whole day. balcony was tiny with 2 hard chairs. only good thing was library and getting off the ship was well organized and fast.

NCL Spirit

Well my girlfriends and I just booked a cruise for May 14 on the Spirit.
It was so cheap we could not resist. We were not crazy about the ports
of call but then again we are not paying any where near the full price.

Charlotte: what did you mean by weird food? I find all the entertainment
on every cruise ship is nominal, although the parties on the decks were
always so much fun. I've traveled NCL and Holland America. You get
what you pay for I find.

Did you bring a passport or birth certificate. I don't want to spend the
$85 if I don't have to.
