I'm sorry I've been posting with so many questions but as my trip gets closer the more excited I get! I would like to thank everyone for the help they have given me. I have one more question. We are signature members and intend to ask for an upgrade. With both resorts under one name does anyone have a clue as to what you would get upgraded to? I mean would they upgrade you within the old Beaches resort if that's where your original booking was? We are staying in the Manor House Ocean View. Also I have read where the Villa's are far up the hill and away from the action. Perhaps this may not be what I want. Has anyone experienced an upgrade when it was Beaches?

I've been to the Beaches resort just a week or so after it opened as a Beaches resort. Prior to that I was at the resort 2 other times as a Ciboney guest. I received the upgrade from a Manor House room (very standard) to a villa (very upscale). . I wasn't a SSG member, just a returning guest. Seems like all they required was that I booked thru a Sandals authorized TA. We did need to ask for the upgrade, told them we were given the villa in the past. As a Ciboney guest, upgrades were automatic it seemed, didn't even need to ask.
