What are some of the best savings on items to purchase in Jamaica we are going before Christmas and are looking to bring home some gifts. Last time we went I got a couple bottles of Absolute for $10 each half price compared to stateside and of course some coffee cant remember the price. Any Ideas.. .. .. .

Jewelry. I got a new watch this year that retails @ $3300 in the states. Picked it up in JA for just over $2000. Got the wife a nice Ring/bracelet/earring set for $2500 too. I guessed around 5k for that in the states.

Cheap alcohol and all that is great, but honestly, for the trouble it takes to cart it back, I would sooner spend the extra $10.. .. .. .

The coffee is a great deal. I always get about 5-8 pounds of the Jablum. In Philadelphia, the stuff is up to $60 a pound, so paying $17 down there is well worth it.
