NO TORTOLA FOR NCL DAWN

NO TORTOLA FOR NCL DAWN

Postby Guest » Mon Nov 22, 2004 11:07 am

NCL SAYS THEY HAVE ENGINE PROBLEMS ON THE DAWN AND HAVE CUT ONE STOP FROM THIER CRUISES. THEY OFFER NO COMPENSATION. THEY SAID THE POLICY IS NOT TO PROVIDE ANYTHING EXTRA TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THE PHONES DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND ARE RUDE. I EVEN GOT HUNG UP ON. THIS CRUISE LINES SEEMS LIKE A JOKE. THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SHIP AND CUT ON OF THE STOP I PAID FOR AND THERE RESPONSE IS TOO BAD FOR YOU.

NCL BS - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS POLICY STINKS. THE PASSENGERS SHOULD GET TOGETHER ON THE BOAT AND DEMAND SOME COMPENSATION FOR THEIR PROBLEM

Customer service?

This is typical of this cruise line, same thing happened to us and we were treated as beggers when we asked for compensation, we never got any.

It will take a lot of fighting, but don't give up. They will eventually cave in if your persistent.

This is NCL's policy. I don't think you'll get too far; they have a reputation for poor customer service.

Are you sure? We were informed (by our travel agent) that NCL will credit each passenger $7.95 for bypassing Tortola on the Dec. 30th Dawn cruise.

Upset.
