Hello, I am planning on going to Canada to visit my gf. Since I had a 2nd DUI would I be able to get into Canada?

I also have 2 dui, they understand people make mistakes. there are applications you have to get and fill out, an application fee applies. also u will need other papers including court doc. or police records or something like that, that would have your charges on it. maybe also papers from a probation officer. certian canadian consulates have these applications online.
