Freeport Bahamas very chilly and unpredictable this time of year. Look at lattitude lines on globe, no more south than Florida Keys, almost Miami. Not many people on southbeach tanning in January. Go further south better weather. I once go to Sandals Royal Bahamian inJan - no fun too cold.
