Hi Everyone!!!

First i'd like to say that this was our first time on a cruise ship.. ..We decided to go with the Norwegian Dawn cruise out of NY to Florida and Bahamas.. .!

When we first boarded the ship i have to tell you how amazed and pleased we were with the cleanliness and artwork about the ship! Its a beautiful vessel and this is the largest and newest right now that Norwegian has to offer.. .

All the crew IE: Housekeepers, etc were the nicest , friendliest and most helpful i have ever seen anywhere.. .! Always smileing and willing to help you whereever you are . .. .. . That to me is worth alot.. . I've never passed one person from the crew who didn't give me a big smile and say good morning, good afternoon.. . have a nice day etc.. .

The Cruise directors all were amazing.. . especially Collin ! All he did was keep us up on all information about the ship , shows etc.. . He kept us laughing also with his great personality !!!

The entertainment on this cruise was outragious! The performers are all so talented and their shows kept us interested as well as amazed.. . Wonderful performers!

The food in Bamboo, leBistro, and Cagneys as well as Salsa were outstanding.. .
We did eat at the BBQ outside on the deck twice.. . Their chicken especially stood out.. .
We also ate many times at the Buffet at the Garden Cafe, All their food and variety were great also.. . I don't think i had anything food wise i could complain about.. .

My husband and I both left our room keys in the room one day.. . I went straight to reception desk and she said.. . i will have someone up there right away.. .. . And believe me she did!!!!!!!! We waited but a few minutes and there was a smileing man with a key to let us in.. . !

Complaints: We drank the bottled water they provided in the room EVIAN and got charged 3.00 for a tiny bottle! Then we wanted more water and they wanted to charge us 4.00 for each bottle!!!!!!! My only complaint was their crazy bar charges for the drinks . .. .. . I think they could be a tad less expensive.. .

Otherwise we both would cruise again with the Dawn in the future.. .. . no problems here!!!!!!!!

Give me a break. Just because the above poster gave a positive review of ncl, makes her an employee of ncl ?

why does everyone bash Ncl? Every line has some thing that is not perfect. We do not live in a perfect world. Many love NCl. I think there are some on all cruise boards who have nothing better to do than bash a postive review.

If you do not like this line than why read this board.

Your so right!!!! I agree with your last post.. .. . i also loved cruising on NCL.. .. . i have no problems with them.. . and have had all positive experiences.. . and NO i don't work for them either.. .. . !!!

I do not work for them either. I just am so tierd of hearing people put down Ncl. One person was angry at ncl because they missed a port due to a hurricane. NCl does not have control of the weather. Another poster on another board was upset with ncl because they did not carry the jelly that she liked on her toast. She said that her cruise was destroyed. I think people read the headlines and go with that.

I personally love NCL. I have been on 19 cruises. I loved some ships better than others. Was everything perfect.. .. .. ..no but it was a great cruise with a terrific crew. I know peop;e that have sailed carnival that love it. Because I personally do not love it, I am not going to bash a review because I do not care for them. Would I sail them again? Rather not.. ..but will not bash a review.

We are all different in what we like. Please respect others opinions and do not jump in and trash a cruise line.
