Questions about SRB in November

Questions about SRB in November

Postby psorensen » Sun Aug 08, 2004 10:02 pm

We have booked our next vacation at SRB the 2nd week in November. Can anyone tell me what to expect of the weather that time of the year? How is th scuba diving? We love to play volleyball, is there much volleyball to speak of? Any helpful hints about rooms, restaurants, and diving would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help

If you want to provide me with your email addy, I'll link you to my photos taken this past March of SRB. I went for my honeymoon in 2003 and returned this year for our anniv. , and I think you will be very pleased with the resort. I can fill you in on the villas and our Windsor concierge room, and what I saw of the Manor rooms in the email. TONS of vollyball, was a game going on the beach all the time. ( well, almost!)
Regards!

We just got back recently (see my rev on this site). .. .. . We loved. if ur into volleyball there's LOTS of it. Beach and pool volleyball.. .. . they also ha pool basketball (which was smt I havent seen at the other sandals resorts). . Other tips: make sure u book ur scuba cert and trips as soon as u get there. We dont scuba but apparently it fills up fast and u wouldnt want to be dissappointed. We did go snrkeling and thought it wa gorgeous so I would imagine that th scuba is better!
Food was good. Reservations req'd at Bacarat and crystal palace. If u have a concierge room they can set uo dinner fr u from any of the restaurants in ur room or balcony. This was great - we aranged it for our anniv. (Best part - it's included!). .. .. . I have hear from others that the pools get a little cool during the winters but the ocean water is great. I dont have first hand xp with this though.. .. .
You will enjoy it!!!!
