We are going on the cruise 8/15 from NYC. Does anyone have any good advice. Kids 8 and 11. Looking for info on children's programs. Worried that it does not compare to Disney. Did that twice.

If you go on the www.ncl.com site, you will find the activities offered for your children. I noticed when I went on, young people wore bracelets (for a small flat fee) to enjoy non alcoholic summer drinks in cool souvenir glasses. They also have a T REX area that includes a kid pool area and activity center. They are also invited to enjoy any shows that the cruise line offers. They have KArokee for the kids and their own private disco room. I am sure there is more but I had a 18 month old with me and therefore, I was not looking for specific activities for this age group. HAVE a great time!! WE DID!
