Has anyone ever been on an 5 Apple Deal to La romana? What type of room, how were you treated, any chance of a complimentary upgrade? From what i can see it should put us in Casa De Campo, Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus, or Sunscape Casa del Mar. Any idea what we may expect at any of these resorts? Is La Romana as nice as Punta Cana? Any suggestions for mid August travel? Does it sound like a good deal if we got 4 nights at one of the above resorts and airfare from Philly for about $675.00 per person which includes all taxes and Apples insurance? Thanks in advance!

We had an incredible family vacation at the Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus. It was a long ride to get there after landing in Punta Cana but paradise once we arrived. We dropped some people off at Sunscape resort which was not near as nice as Iberostar. We loved this place more than Cozumel and it was cheaper!
