Looking at Caravan Tours to Copper Canyon and Costa Rica. Price is very low, 995 and all inclusive. Is this company legit? How does it compare to Tauck?

Caravan is legit, been around long time.
I took one years ago. Tauck sells much more.

Have taken both. Caravan to Costa Rica and Tauck to Canada. Do not let the low price of Caravan scare you. My trip in March,2004 was great. Hotel in San Jose was excellent with free drinks if made with the Costa Rica ingredients. Had an English tour director who was outstanding. Never go hungry. Plan to take the Copper Cyn trip in 2005.

anyone use Caravan to go from Rapid City to Salt lake City?

Friends of mine took Caravan Tours on the tour from Rapid City to Salt lake City with Yellowstone. They said it was very good. Smooth, well run and inexpensive. I am maybe going with Caravan to Mexico based on their comments. They are pretty particular folks too.

Just got back from Caravan Tours: Colonial Mexico. 8days, 7 nights, 3 meals a day, food like you wouldn't believe. My traveling companion has used Tauk twice in Europe and referred Caravan. Tour guide was very attentive and friendly; bus driver was incredible. The bus usually has about 45 people on the tour, we were lucky and had only 21. Felt very safe in Mexico City. Made some good friends. HIghly recommend Caravan. We are now planning to take their Montreal, Quebec, Niagara Falls trip in the coming spring.
