Hi! Can someone who has done a Contiki tour in Europe ( particularly any country in the Mediterrenean) tell me whether the hotels were acceptable? I've heard a few negative things about them (from a tour director who conducts tours for them, no less). . Since he told me he wasn't too happy with them as an employer, I thought he was saying this to be spiteful. This is why I am asking former Contiki guests their take on the hotels.
What was your experience? Were they air-conditioned during the summer months? Any feedback would be deeply appreciated.
