Me and my wife recently took the Globus European Sampler(May 27th to June 5th).I thought I shall share our experiance with you folks.Overall the tour was pretty good. It was very professional and well organized. The tour members were also great. There weren't any pain heads.The tour bus and the hotels were good. But the hotels in Europe are generall smaller and a step below in class compared to the ones in US. Guide was very good in what she was doing and we didn't have to worry about anything the entire trip.

The trip itself wasn't hectic even though the brochure says it is "on the go". . The only thing was, we had to be ready most of the days by 7 or 7.30 which I am not used to. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is a first timer to Europe and who is interested in seeing a lot of things quickly. There is not enough time to see anything in detail. London sight seeing was done in 4hrs. The only place we stopped was St'Pauls cathedral and at Buckingham place for change of guard. Other things we just drove around. ditto for Paris. But you get sometime to do something on your own.

Also when you think about the cost of the trip, you will have to allocate some money for optional tours(around $300/person). . I belive this is how the tour company makes money. In this tour the optional tour "taste of London" and "trip to Mount Pilatus in Lucerene" were great. I recommend this to anyone.
If anyone is planning to take this tour, I would recommend this. If you have time and money go a day or two in advance to London and see some stuff(the ones they don't take you like the wax museum, harrods etc) and stay a day or two more at the end of the trip in paris.

overall it was a great experiance. I really liked the fact that I didn't have the hassle of me worrying about stuff and it was all well organized.
