At one time I was a member of the Captains Circle; but I guess the meber ship lapsed. when my travel agent just booked us on the Dawn princess she inquired about my membership but Pricess didn't have a record. So I sent an email to Princess and inquired. In fact I have sent two emails and no response. So I went back to the Princess webiste and tried to register but the site said invalid birthdate etc. Does anyone know another site where I can register or inquire.

But my experience was the same as yours.
I could only correct that 'mistake' while I was on a Princess-cruise because I'm not an American or Canadian.

I have my membership card but only some of the code is readable. I have tried through a travel agent to get a new one but with no luck. I know how hard it is to get them (Princess Lines) to respond to a request. About 10 years ago I requested an apology from the Purser on a cruise and from the Cruise Line guess what I am still waiting. It is to bad because I had a marvelous cruise on the Sea Princess many years ago.

Call the 800 number and they will be able to retreive your info. I too had trouble trying to do it online, but they fixed it for me when I called.
