Sorry to hear of your bad experience and for the rude comments from "Cobra dentist". . Firstly why do IDIOTS like this not let people air their grievances without jumping on them.
Secondly we also had a similar experience of NCL but on the Norwegian Crown, the staff were rude and very offish, the self service was dished up by the staff because of a virus on the ship and yes they did just plonk the food on your plate and were visably annoyed when you either asked for more or something else, on top of that it was bland and unappetising. The front office staff were the rudest of them all. I also will not be travelling with NCL again..Cas
