1. Are optional tours paid with Euro or US Dollars?
2. How much US Cash should be brought along with Euro's?
3. Can you bring some food items into Europe (granola bars,etc.)?

1) Optionals are Charged/Paid in US dollars
2) You need little US cash only a little more than what you will need when you get Home. When you need cash/Euro's got to ATM's and the Conversion rate is usually the best as you dont pay a "Conversion Fee" just a small ATM fee. Plan ahead a Day or two as some Countries have more Accessable and Friendly ATM's
3) we bring snacks on our Carry-ons and have no problem (some items might be banned, have'nt had any yet) and we bring enough to last 2 days. Part of the Adventure is finding snack similar to our favorites in the States, I have found great snacks that I wish were here.
