My husband and I went on the sting ray excursion in the Grand Caymans. I would assume yours would be similar. I was a little nervous at first, but it was so much fun. We actually had one of the excursion guides put the stingray on our backs. As it flopped around on your back its skin is so soft and smooth. Most of the stingrays on "sting ray island" appear to have been marked and they are all very anxious for you to get into the water so that you can feed them. It was fun and I didn't worry about one stinging me, but still just keep an eye out because you don't wan't to step on one of them.
