There is nothing in the brochure or paper work that states that you CANNOT bring it aboard.. .. .. ..Anyone know the truth? I would like to avoid "draining" shampoo bottles if possible.. .. .. .. ..Thanks in advance for any help in the matter.. .. .. .. .

sorry to say we were told by our travel agent it was ok to bring your own, only to find out they x-ray all luggage and will hold your luggage and deliver a letter to your cabin to come and get your stuff personaly from them. they them make you open up your luggage and they keep what ever booze you tried to bring until the last morning of the cruise when you must go to pick it up

Now what if you put it in another plastic bottle? How's an XRAY to know if it's saline in a half liter bottle or liquor?

My friends just got back form the cruise. They brought on wine in a box. Evidently, the xrays don't pick up on wine in a box sold in liquor stores. Avoid the bottles and cans.
